What happens if the instrument gets damaged?
We will keep the instrument in top condition.  Our technician will repair without charge any normal wear-and-tear on the instrument.  A loaner is provided for student use if the repair takes more than four working days.  We also offer insurance for Major Damage or Theft for an additional charge of $4.00 per month.

What is required to rent an instrument?
Persons renting an instrument must have a major credit card and a current driver's license.

What if you want to keep the instrument you have rented?
The full amount of your rental payments for the first 10 months will be credited towards the purchase price of the instrument.
